What is Trezor® Suite App?

Trezor® Suite App is the official desktop application and browser-connected interface for managing cryptocurrencies with your Trezor® hardware wallet. It provides a unified place to view balances, send/receive assets, manage settings and perform firmware updates while keeping your private keys offline on your Trezor® device.

Download & Connect: Trezor® Bridge, Suite & Hardware

Start at trezor.io/start. Download the Trezor® Suite App for your OS and, if required, install Trezor Bridge — a small helper that enables communication between the Suite and your connected Trezor® hardware wallet. Plug in your device, unlock it, and open Suite; the app should detect your Trezor® automatically.

Trezor® Login, Verification & Authentication

Trezor® does not use a cloud password for wallet keys — your login is performed by signing a challenge on your hardware device. If Suite prompts “Can't verify Trezor® Wallet” or errors appear during verification, first confirm Bridge is installed, your device firmware is up to date, and the cable/USB port are good. Use official downloads only.

Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes

Account Recovery & 2FA

If you lose your Trezor® device, recover using your 12/24-word recovery seed with another Trezor® or compatible wallet. There is no central “Trezor® account” to reset — recovery relies on your seed. Trezor® itself doesn't manage 2FA; if you linked accounts externally (exchanges, apps), follow those services' 2FA reset processes.

When to Contact Trezor® Help Center

Visit the official Trezor® Help Center for firmware issues, suspected device tampering, or if you encounter persistent verification errors. Never share your recovery seed with support — legitimate support will never ask for it.

FAQs

1. How do I download Trezor® Suite?
Go to trezor.io/start, choose your OS and follow installation steps. Install Trezor Bridge if prompted.
2. My Trezor® Suite won't detect my device — what now?
Try a known-good USB cable/port, reinstall Bridge, unlock your device, and update firmware. Check system USB permissions.
3. I can't verify my Trezor® wallet in Suite.
Use the official Suite app, ensure Bridge is running, and avoid third-party browser extensions that block device access.
4. How do I recover my wallet?
Use your recovery seed on another Trezor® or compatible recovery tool. Do this only on a trustworthy device and never share the seed.
5. Where is 2FA reset handled?
Trezor® hardware wallets do not manage online 2FA. Reset 2FA with the service (exchange/app) you used; Trezor® support cannot reset service-level 2FA.
6. Who do I contact for persistent errors?
Contact the Trezor® Help Center via official channels listed on trezor.io. Do not follow links from unknown emails or forums.
